Recombinant Antibodies

The two chains of recombinant Anti-CD3 x Anti-FAP scFv-CH1/CL are intended for expression. One variable domain from an anti-CD3 antibody is fused to CH1, and the other variable domain from an anti-FAP antibody is fused to CL, or the other way around. Additionally, a natural disulfide bond connects the CH1 and CL domains covalently. T lymphocytes can be retargeted to tumor cells by this BsAb. It is intended for use in epithelial cancer therapy studies.
